Cambridge, Ontario Photographic Artist, Laura Cook of Vision Photography embarked on her photographic journey over 20 years ago with the purchase of her first film SLR.

Laura enjoys capturing the world around her to showcase the abundant beauty that is found in the everyday. She thrives on versatility and explores her chosen subject matter with great care and passion. She uses the camera as her paintbrush sometimes in true form of preserving what she sees and other times abstracting reality to preserve the feeling of the moment. With all subject matter she is most passionate about the detail, which tells the story. 

Born and raised in Cambridge, her love for her city shines through her ever-growing collection of Cambridge photographs.  “ The beauty found within Cambridge never grows old, “I am continuously enamoured!”  She has been privileged and honoured to showcase her work at various galleries throughout Waterloo Region, Brantford, Alton Mills, Oakville, Toronto and New York. Many collectors have been finding inspiration and enjoyment with her distinct photographs hanging in their homes, offices and public spaces.
