Helen Griffiths' oil paintings are inspired by the familiar and unnoticed objects we see and use every day.  Her paintings often trigger thoughts and fond memories from fleeting moments in time.  

Helen graduated from Sheridan College Illustration Program and worked as a freelance commercial artist, (including illustrating two children's books), until she decided to give fine art and painting with oils a go.  She has never looked back.   Helen lives and works from her home studio in Burlington, Ontario.

Helen has received many awards for her work and is an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists.
